  • Egg Yolks- 3. Vegan folks can use an egg yolk alternative (read packaging or make adjustments as needed for baking etc).
  • Lime Zest- 2 teaspoons. You can adjust this to your tastes.
  • Vanilla Extract- 1 teaspoon.
  • Sugar Free Condensed Milk- 14 ounces (just under two cups). Here is a recipe for how to make your own sugar free condensed milk.
  • Lime Juice- ⅔ cup. That is about five to six average sized limes juiced. There is key lime juice for sale (check for added sugar please).
  • Whipped topping as desired. You can make your own sugar free whipped topping using this recipe.

How to make sugar free keto low carb key lime pie.

  • Prepare your pie crust as directed and allow it to cool.
  • Preheat your oven to 350.
  • In a mixing bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat together the egg yolks with the lime zest until the color becomes light and the texture is fluffy (about five minutes on a low to medium speed).
